Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with directly engaging customers via SMS and voice, particularly within Pakistan, Branded SMS Pakistan is a solid option. Its focus on order updates and abandoned cart recovery is designed to drive immediate sales and improve customer satisfaction through direct mobile communication. However, merchants with more complex notification requirements involving various stakeholders (staff, suppliers, vendors), or those needing advanced customization through HTML and Liquid, will find Notifications by Modd Apps more suitable. It offers broader functionality and greater flexibility in automating a wider range of store updates and notifications, albeit with a potentially steeper learning curve.
