Bosta Shipping vs DRIP: Returns For Sale Widgetfor Shopify (2026)
Bosta Shipping and DRIP: Returns For Sale Widget are both Shopify apps operating within the 'Returns and Warranty' and 'Returns and Exchanges' categories, but they cater to drastically different e-commerce needs. Bosta Shipping is a logistics solution designed to streamline shipping processes for merchants, focusing on delivery efficiency, order management, and customer satisfaction through real-time tracking and fast COD transfers. Its target audience is businesses seeking to improve their shipping operations and scale their fulfillment capabilities. DRIP: Returns For Sale Widget, on the other hand, addresses a very specific problem: selling open-box or slightly damaged items. It provides a simple way for merchants to directly sell returned goods directly on their product pages, offering customizable branding, pricing, and automated listing management. DRIP targets merchants who frequently deal with returns, demo products, or items that cannot be sold as new, helping them recover revenue from otherwise lost sales. The apps have very different value propositions: Bosta optimizes order fulfillment, while DRIP recovers value from returned items.

Our Verdict
Choosing between Bosta Shipping and DRIP depends entirely on a merchant's specific needs. If you are looking to improve your shipping efficiency, automate your delivery process, and offer faster COD transfers, Bosta Shipping is the clear choice. It provides a comprehensive logistics solution focused on streamlining your order fulfillment.
However, if your primary concern is managing and selling returned or slightly damaged items, DRIP: Returns For Sale Widget is the superior option. It offers a targeted solution for recovering revenue from these goods, providing an easy-to-use platform to highlight and sell these items directly on your website. The DRIP app is more specialized and focused on returns, rather than the entire order and shipping process.
Common Questions
Can both apps be used together?
Yes, in theory. Bosta can handle the shipping of items sold through DRIP. However, their functionalities are independent.
Which app is easier to set up?
DRIP claims to be incredibly fast to set up (less than a minute) likely because of the narrow purpose.
Which app offers better customer support?
While both apps provide customer support, DRIP emphasizes an "obsession to customer service", and offers phone, text, chat, and video support.
Is Bosta Shipping suitable for international shipping?
The provided description doesn't explicitly mention international shipping capabilities. Further research would be required to confirm this.
Does DRIP integrate with inventory management systems?
The description mentions it connects directly to your product catalog. It doesn't say it integrates with inventory management systems beyond that, though deletion on sale suggests backend functionality.
