Our Verdict
If a merchant wants to grow their customer base through word-of-mouth marketing and influencer collaborations, BLP Referral Program Affiliate is the more suitable option. Its affiliate program features and referral tracking tools make it easy to incentivize and manage external promoters. However, if the goal is to increase the value of existing traffic through strategic promotions and discounts, Kite Discount, Free Gift, BOGO is the stronger choice. Its flexible discount options, progress bars, and free gift functionalities are designed to drive sales from customers already on the store's website.
While both apps offer value, their focuses are fundamentally different. For merchants primarily focused on acquiring new customers and building community, BLP is the better fit. For merchants prioritizing optimization of existing traffic and increasing AOV, Kite offers more targeted tools. Merchants with an established customer base may also find BLP to be more advantageous due to its reliance on referrals.
