Our Verdict
The choice between Blockify Checkout Rules Plus and MultiVariants ‑ Bulk Order depends heavily on the merchant's specific goals. If a merchant wants to optimize the checkout process through customization, rules, and fraud prevention for increased AOV, Blockify Checkout Rules Plus is the more suitable option. It provides granular control over the checkout experience for both B2C and B2B scenarios. However, if the primary need is to enable customers to purchase products in bulk with greater ease, MultiVariants ‑ Bulk Order would be the preferred choice. The significantly higher review count with a perfect score does suggest strong user satisfaction, though the scope of the app is much narrower.
Common Questions
Which app is better for preventing fraudulent orders?
Blockify Checkout Rules Plus is specifically designed to prevent risky orders with its fraud prevention features.
Can I use both apps simultaneously?
While theoretically possible, it's unlikely that both apps would work seamlessly together, as their core functions are different. Blockify Checkout Rules Plus affects the overall checkout flow, while MultiVariants ‑ Bulk Order presumably focuses more on the product display or cart stage.
Which app is easier to set up?
Without specific information on setup complexity, it's difficult to say definitively. Blockify Checkout Rules Plus, with its extensive customization options, might require more configuration time initially. MultiVariants ‑ Bulk Order, focused solely on bulk ordering, likely has a simpler setup process.
Does either app offer A/B testing capabilities for checkout changes?
Neither app description explicitly mentions A/B testing capabilities. It's possible Blockify Checkout Rules Plus could indirectly support testing through rule variations, but dedicated A/B testing is not indicated.
Which app is more likely to improve the average order value (AOV)?
Blockify Checkout Rules Plus directly aims to lift AOV through checkout rules, post-purchase upsells, and checkout customization. MultiVariants ‑ Bulk Order could increase total revenue, but its impact on AOV (average *per order*) is less direct and depends on whether customers order *more* due to the bulk option, or just consolidate their orders.
