Our Verdict
For larger businesses requiring a deep dive into customer experience across all touchpoints and wanting automatic review syndication, Bizrate Insights Reviews may be the better choice despite the lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating. However, the absence of reviews and a zero rating as of 2026 should raise significant concerns and require thorough investigation before adoption. For smaller to medium-sized businesses focused on optimizing marketing and advertising with quick, easily deployable surveys, Gojiberry Survey & Feedback is the superior option. Gojiberry's high rating and existing user reviews indicate greater user satisfaction and ease of implementation. The support for Shopify Extensibility further solidifies Gojiberry's advantage.
