If a merchant prioritizes fully automated customer support, AI-driven sales processes, and managing inquiries across multiple channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), bitChat: WhatsApp AI Chatbot is the stronger choice. Its focus on AI, cart building, and CRM integration offers a more comprehensive solution for hands-off sales and customer management. However, if the merchant's primary focus is on WhatsApp marketing campaigns and basic chat support, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat may be suitable. The significantly higher number of reviews for Kanal suggests greater adoption, which, combined with its perfect rating, points to a positive user experience, though without specific feature details, it's difficult to make a definitive recommendation outside of these stated focuses.
