Our Verdict
If you're an Indian D2C e-commerce business seeking to streamline your logistics operations, reduce RTO losses, and automate post-shipping processes with AI-powered courier allocation and proactive support, Shipway: Logistics Aggregation is the clear choice. Its focus on the Indian market and its specific features tailored to that region (like WhatsApp flows for COD confirmation) provide a competitive advantage.
However, if you are any other Shopify merchant outside of India, or you are in India and looking for maximum control over local pickup and delivery scheduling, offering your customers a seamless experience with customized date and time slots alongside flexible rate options (e.g., pricing by distance, weight, or rush delivery), then Bird Pickup Delivery Date is the more suitable app. Bird offers broader international support with multi-language options and focuses on creating a tailored customer experience.
