Our Verdict
The choice between Billbee and Zoko: WhatsApp CRM depends entirely on the merchant's needs. If a merchant, particularly one operating in Germany or Austria, requires a comprehensive solution to manage orders, inventory, and fulfillment processes across multiple sales channels, Billbee may be the better choice, despite its lower rating. However, for merchants seeking to enhance customer communication and build relationships through WhatsApp, Zoko: WhatsApp CRM, with its superior rating and more extensive user feedback, is the clear winner. The apps address fundamentally different business challenges, so comparing them directly is challenging, but the merchant's strategic priorities should drive the decision.
