Bigblue ‑ All in one logistics vs ShipBob Fulfillmentfor Shopify (2026)
Bigblue - All in one logistics and ShipBob Fulfillment are both third-party logistics (3PL) solutions designed to streamline fulfillment for Shopify merchants. Bigblue positions itself as a customer-centric fulfillment solution, emphasizing branded experiences and customized delivery options to boost sales. They focus on providing unique unboxing experiences and branded post-purchase communication. ShipBob Fulfillment, on the other hand, appears to be a more established and widely used option, indicated by its larger number of reviews. While both services offer fulfillment, returns, and multi-channel support, Bigblue highlights its ability to create personalized customer experiences, while ShipBob’s broader user base suggests greater scalability and reliability due to potential experience with larger volumes and more complex fulfillment scenarios. The key differentiator lies in the emphasis on branding and customization versus potential scale and proven reliability. Bigblue's focus on 'Unique unboxings' and 'branded tracking emails' clearly targets businesses that heavily invest in brand perception. ShipBob, although not explicitly mentioning those features, likely provides solid fulfillment and shipping performance, appealing to businesses prioritizing efficiency and reliability above all else. The choice between them depends on the merchant's priorities: branded customer experience versus proven fulfillment track record.

Our Verdict
If your brand heavily relies on creating a unique and memorable customer experience through custom packaging, branded communication, and personalized touches, Bigblue seems like the stronger option. The app is designed with customer-centric brands in mind and emphasizes building brand loyalty through fulfillment. Their same-day fulfillment can also be a competitive advantage.
However, if you prioritize reliability, scalability, and proven performance, ShipBob Fulfillment might be the better choice. The larger number of reviews suggests a more mature and established service with experience handling a wider range of fulfillment needs. Although lacking explicit mentions of brand-focused features, ShipBob could potentially offer integrations or customization options that can be explored. For businesses focused on high-volume sales and efficient operations, ShipBob's established platform and larger user base provides greater confidence.
