Bigblue ‑ All in one logistics vs OMS FullCommfor Shopify (2026)
Bigblue - All in one logistics and OMS FullComm are both 3PL Shopify apps with perfect 5/5 ratings. However, Bigblue boasts more than double the number of reviews (12) compared to OMS FullComm (5), suggesting it's been adopted by a larger, albeit still small, user base. Bigblue positions itself as a comprehensive fulfillment solution focused on customer-centric brands aiming to boost sales through optimized logistics, branded post-purchase experiences, and B2B fulfillment capabilities. The key difference, based on the limited available data, appears to lie in Bigblue's stronger emphasis on branding and customization aspects within the fulfillment process, such as unique unboxings and branded tracking emails. OMS FullComm lacks detailed feature information, making direct comparisons challenging beyond the shared 3PL category. Due to the lack of feature descriptions for OMS FullComm, assessing the specific strengths and target audience is difficult. Bigblue explicitly targets brands seeking to elevate the customer experience through branded fulfillment and streamlined logistics, emphasizing fast and reliable delivery worldwide. Without equivalent details for OMS FullComm, it is difficult to ascertain how they differ beyond the overall 3PL classification. The description of Bigblue suggests more focus on creating custom and unique customer experiences, going beyond just logistics and warehousing.

Our Verdict
Based on the available information, Bigblue seems like the stronger choice for merchants prioritizing brand control and customer experience alongside logistical efficiency. Its emphasis on customized unboxings, branded communications, and delivery badges sets it apart. OMS FullComm may be a viable option, but the lack of publicly available details regarding its features and capabilities makes it difficult to recommend, especially for merchants valuing branding and customer-centric features. If a merchant solely needs basic 3PL and pricing is competitive, OMS FullComm *could* be an option, however, more due diligence would be required.
For merchants who are not focused on customer experience elements and prioritize price, it's essential to investigate OMS FullComm further despite the limited available data. However, brands that are invested in providing excellent customer service and wish to control the entire post-purchase experience, Bigblue is a clear winner between these two.
