Our Verdict
BIG Digital Downloads Products is the clear choice for merchants aiming to sell digital products through their Shopify store. Its feature set directly addresses the challenges of digital asset management, providing comprehensive tools for secure delivery and control over downloads. The app's high rating and significant number of reviews suggest a positive user experience. MetaTrack ‑ PayPal Track Sync is specifically tailored for merchants experiencing issues with PayPal account reserves or frequent chargebacks. While its automatic synchronization is beneficial, the significantly lower rating and limited review count raise concerns about its reliability and effectiveness. Unless a merchant is specifically struggling with PayPal-related issues, BIG Digital Downloads Products is the stronger and more versatile option.
