BeSure Checkout Rules vs Ordexis Bulk Order by SKU CSVfor Shopify (2026)
BeSure Checkout Rules and Ordexis Bulk Order by SKU CSV, while sharing the 'Checkout - Other' Shopify category, cater to vastly different needs. BeSure Checkout Rules focuses on optimizing the standard checkout process for all customers by providing granular control over shipping and payment options. Merchants can use BeSure to improve conversion rates by streamlining the checkout flow, hiding irrelevant options, and highlighting preferred choices. Its features are geared towards enhancing the existing checkout experience for all types of customers. Ordexis Bulk Order by SKU CSV, on the other hand, is a B2B-centric solution designed to simplify bulk ordering for wholesale or repeat customers. It introduces a dedicated quick order page, allowing customers to rapidly add products using SKUs, UPCs, CSV uploads, or Excel pasting. The app aims to reduce the friction associated with large orders, saving time and effort for both the merchant and the customer. Therefore, it targets merchants specifically looking to improve their B2B sales and order processing efficiency. Their overlapping 'checkout' category is specifically because they both offer a custom checkout experience or checkout customization, but for very different purposes.

Our Verdict
For general Shopify merchants aiming to optimize their checkout process and improve conversion rates across their entire customer base, BeSure Checkout Rules is the clear choice. Its ability to conditionally modify the checkout experience based on various factors provides a powerful tool for streamlining the flow and enhancing customer satisfaction.
However, for B2B-focused Shopify merchants who handle frequent bulk orders, Ordexis Bulk Order by SKU CSV offers a targeted solution to streamline the order process. Its features catered explicitly towards SKU/UPC entry and CSV uploads make it significantly more efficient for B2B customers to place large orders. While the review count is low, the specialized functionality makes it a valuable option for the right niche. If most sales are B2C and not a B2B focus, stick with the BeSure app.
