Our Verdict
Bazaarvoice Reviews & Photos is suitable for merchants seeking to build social proof and improve brand engagement through user-generated content and social media marketing. While the low rating is a concern, the breadth of features might appeal to larger businesses with the resources to manage and leverage UGC effectively. Ezz Cart Count, on the other hand, is a potentially simpler and more focused solution for merchants looking for a subtle nudge to increase order sizes. However, given the lack of information and reviews, its effectiveness remains uncertain. The discrepancy in rating is significant, suggesting potential issues with Bazaarvoice that need to be considered before choosing that app.
