B2B Bulk Order / CSV Upload vs Dollarlabs: B2B Custom Pricingfor Shopify (2026)
Both B2B Bulk Order / CSV Upload and Dollarlabs: B2B Custom Pricing aim to facilitate wholesale and B2B commerce on Shopify, but they approach it with slightly different focuses. B2B Bulk Order / CSV Upload emphasizes order creation and management through quick order forms and CSV/XLSX uploads for both storefront and admin, including catalog download functionalities. This app caters to merchants needing efficient bulk order processing, catalog distribution, and draft order creation. Its strength lies in streamlining the ordering workflow itself. Dollarlabs: B2B Custom Pricing prioritizes flexible pricing strategies with custom pricing tiers, volume-based discounts, and price list management via customer tags. They highlight simplified pricing application on product pages and checkout. Dollarlabs is more centered on custom pricing and discount rule management, particularly with CSV import/export for price lists. It is appealing to merchants who need robust control over their pricing structures based on customer segmentation. B2B Bulk Order / CSV Upload appears to be aimed at businesses processing large, catalog-driven orders efficiently. The customer signup form mentioned in Dollarlabs description and not included in the features of B2B Bulk order points toward ease of onboarding for new B2B customers. Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with efficient bulk order processing, catalog distribution, and draft order creation directly from the admin panel, B2B Bulk Order / CSV Upload seems like the better choice, especially with its more established review base. Its comprehensive features for quick order forms and catalog management are advantageous. However, merchants requiring more sophisticated custom pricing and discount strategies, including volume-based tiers and customer-specific pricing lists, should lean towards Dollarlabs: B2B Custom Pricing. The wholesale signup form feature is potentially beneficial. Still, due to very low reviews and the lack of a proven track record, it comes with a greater risk of unforeseen issues.
