Avada Order Limit Quantity MOQ vs Sami B2B Lock,Password Protectfor Shopify (2026)
Avada Order Limit Quantity MOQ and Sami B2B Lock, Password Protect cater to Shopify merchants with B2B or wholesale needs, but with different approaches. Avada Order Limit focuses on *quantity* and *order value* restrictions, enabling merchants to set minimum and maximum order quantities, values, or weights for products, collections, or even the entire cart. It aims to increase sales by enforcing minimum order requirements and preventing fraudulent bulk purchases. Sami B2B Lock, Password Protect, on the other hand, prioritizes *access control* and *content restriction*, allowing merchants to hide prices, restrict access to specific pages (wholesale or retail), and even lock down the entire website behind passwords or secret URLs. Avada Order Limit targets merchants seeking to optimize order size and prevent losses associated with small orders or unauthorized bulk purchases. It's particularly useful for businesses implementing minimum order quantity (MOQ) strategies or those wanting to manage wholesale orders more effectively by customer tags. Sami B2B Lock is geared towards merchants who need granular control over which customers see what content, like pricing or specific product lines. This is ideal for businesses running both retail and wholesale operations on the same Shopify store and require advanced user permissioning. While both claim 'no code required', Sami B2B Lock's features may have steeper learning curve due to the wide access control that's offered.
