Avada Boost Sales Trust Badges vs Scala Parcelamento Installmentfor Shopify (2026)
Avada Boost Sales Trust Badges and Scala Parcelamento Installment are both Shopify apps categorized under 'Design elements,' but cater to distinct needs. Avada focuses on boosting sales through urgency and trust signals, using features like trust badges, sales popups, and free shipping bars. It aims to enhance customer confidence and drive conversions by showcasing social proof and offering customizable design elements. Scala, on the other hand, concentrates on showcasing Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options, displaying installment plans beneath product prices to encourage purchases through flexible payment terms. Scala's strength lies in its BNPL focus, allowing merchants to automatically display installment plans from providers like Klarna and PayPal. It prioritizes speed and compatibility, integrating seamlessly with various themes and currencies. Avada's value proposition centers on creating a sense of urgency and building trust, with a wider array of sales-boosting features. The choice between the two depends heavily on the merchant's specific objectives and sales strategy. If driving sales through payment flexibility is critical, Scala is ideal. If building trust and creating urgency through visual elements is the goal, Avada is the better fit.

Our Verdict
For merchants heavily reliant on Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options like Klarna, Afterpay, or similar, Scala Parcelamento Installment is the clear choice. Its focus on displaying installment options directly below prices simplifies the buying process for customers seeking payment flexibility. The preview feature within the theme editor also gives merchants confidence in their design.
On the other hand, for a broader sales boost strategy centered around building trust, creating urgency, and showcasing social proof, Avada Boost Sales Trust Badges offers a more comprehensive solution. While it may require more configuration to fully leverage its features, the combination of trust badges, sales popups, and free shipping bars provides a wider range of tactics for improving conversion rates. Merchants focusing on perceived value and building customer confidence will benefit more from Avada.
