Our Verdict
The choice between Askflow and Sized depends heavily on the specific needs of the Shopify merchant. If the primary goal is to increase sales and improve customer engagement through personalized product recommendations, Askflow is the better option. Its AI-powered quiz generation and marketing integrations offer powerful tools for driving conversions. However, if the main concern is reducing returns and improving customer satisfaction by providing accurate sizing information, Sized is the more suitable choice. Merchants selling apparel or footwear will particularly benefit from its customizable size charts and intuitive editor.
For stores that sell both types of items (where sizing matters AND personalized recommendations are useful) using BOTH apps in tandem could provide the best results. However, if budget is a concern, carefully weigh which app addresses the MORE pressing issue for your business. If you have high return rates on apparel/footwear, Sized is critical; if sales are slow and/or bounce rates are high, Askflow might be more helpful.
