Our Verdict
For merchants selling high-value items where detailed visual inspection is crucial, and those willing to invest in 3D modeling, Arty ‑ 3D model viewer is a strong contender. The ability to offer appless AR viewing can significantly enhance the customer experience and potentially reduce returns. However, the extremely low number of reviews is a major risk. Whatmore Shoppable Videos+Reel is better suited for merchants with a strong social media presence, particularly on Instagram and TikTok. The ease of automatically syncing videos and tagging products makes it a more accessible solution for quickly monetizing existing video content. The substantially higher number of reviews indicates greater adoption and potentially a more robust support system.
Given the significant difference in review volume, Whatmore Shoppable Videos+Reel is the safer choice for most merchants, especially those already utilizing short-form video. Arty holds promise for specific niche markets, but requires careful consideration given the limited user feedback.
