Our Verdict
For merchants needing to provide transparent and accurate delivery estimates to reduce anxiety and improve customer trust across all order fulfillment models, ArivBy Estimated Delivery Date is likely the better choice. Its integration with Shopify's native inventory system and automated accuracy tracking are valuable assets. However, for businesses offering local delivery or click-and-collect services where allowing customers to choose specific delivery times is crucial, Buunto – Date & Time Slot is the superior solution. The ability to set order limits, delivery surcharges, and integrate with Google Calendar makes it ideal for managing localized delivery operations. A merchant might even consider using both if they have complex requirements that include both general delivery date estimations and hyperlocal delivery time management.
