Our Verdict
If a merchant's priority is to offer a dedicated mobile app experience to their customers, AppOkart‑ Mobile App Builder is the clear choice due to its user-friendly interface and focus on mobile app creation. The positive reviews also support its effectiveness. However, if the merchant's focus is on enhancing customer communication and streamlining support through automated messaging across various channels, then ZigChat would be more suitable, assuming the merchant is comfortable with the initial setup and potential learning curve associated with workflow automation. Given the lack of reviews for ZigChat, it may be prudent to proceed with caution and look for alternative chat automation solutions if reliable feedback isn't available.
