AOV Bundles Volume Discounts vs EasySell COD Form & Upsellsfor Shopify (2026)
AOV Bundles Volume Discounts and EasySell COD Form & Upsells are both Shopify apps that aim to increase Average Order Value (AOV) through upselling and cross-selling techniques. However, they cater to distinct segments of the Shopify merchant population. AOV Bundles Volume Discounts focuses on creating compelling bundle offers and volume discounts to encourage customers to purchase more items per order, emphasizing AI-powered recommendations and brand customization. EasySell COD Form & Upsells, on the other hand, targets merchants who rely heavily on Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, particularly those involved in dropshipping, offering a simplified COD order form along with upsells and downsells to maximize revenue. The key difference lies in their primary focus. AOV Bundles Volume Discounts prioritizes building appealing bundles and volume discounts using AI and customization to enhance the overall shopping experience and encourage larger orders. EasySell COD Form & Upsells prioritizes streamlining the COD payment process while simultaneously incorporating upsells and downsells to increase AOV and recover lost sales. EasySell also offers order verification and export functionalities that AOV Bundles does not offer directly. The apps also target different geographic markets; EasySell's features for COD, phone number verification, and alternative messaging platforms like WhatsApp hint at a target market that includes regions where COD is prevalent and SMS is a primary communication method.
