Anyfication vs Ting ‑ Slack Notificationsfor Shopify (2026)
Both Anyfication and Ting ‑ Slack Notifications aim to enhance Shopify store management by providing staff notifications. Anyfication positions itself as a comprehensive alert system, extending beyond just orders to cover various store events and supporting multiple communication channels including Slack, Discord, and Email. Ting ‑ Slack Notifications, on the other hand, focuses primarily on order notifications and reporting delivered directly within Slack. Anyfication emphasizes customization and automation with Slack workflows, suggesting a more sophisticated feature set. Ting ‑ Slack Notifications emphasizes simplicity and order reporting, aiming for merchants needing quick setup and Slack-centric order tracking. Anyfication's broader scope could appeal to merchants needing alerts for a wider array of store activities beyond orders and those utilizing multiple communication platforms. The large disparity in review counts (1 vs 13) suggests that Ting ‑ Slack Notifications has a more established user base, although both apps have a 5-star rating. However, the low review counts make it difficult to determine the apps' long-term reliability and customer satisfaction.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with receiving comprehensive real-time notifications about various store events across multiple platforms (Slack, Discord, and Email) and interested in automating Slack workflows, Anyfication presents a potentially more versatile solution, assuming the limited reviews do not indicate reliability issues. For merchants focused solely on order notifications and order reports within Slack and who prioritize a simple one-click setup, Ting ‑ Slack Notifications seems like a better fit.
Given the significantly higher number of reviews for Ting ‑ Slack Notifications, it offers a more established user base and greater confidence in its reliability compared to Anyfication. Merchants should prioritize apps with a larger number of reviews when possible, as this provides a more robust indication of the app's performance and customer satisfaction. It's also prudent to trial both apps, if possible, to ensure compatibility with their specific workflows and reporting needs.
