Anti Theft Pro vs Ongoing Disable Right Clickfor Shopify (2026)
Anti Theft Pro and Ongoing Disable Right Click are both anti-theft apps designed to protect Shopify store content. While both apps boast a perfect 5/5 rating based on a small number of reviews, Anti Theft Pro takes a more comprehensive approach, focusing on multiple layers of protection beyond just disabling the right-click function. Anti Theft Pro aims to block inspect element access, text selection, image dragging, keyboard shortcuts, and printing, offering a suite of tools for content security. This comprehensive approach suggests a target audience of merchants with valuable digital content like photos, videos, or unique textual content who want to minimize the risk of unauthorized reproduction or code theft. Ongoing Disable Right Click's limited description, on the other hand, indicates a more focused strategy on preventing right-click actions, but lacks feature details. Due to the limited information available for Ongoing Disable Right Click, Anti Theft Pro comes across as the better-defined app. Anti Theft Pro is positioned as a content security solution and lists specific functionalities like disabling inspect element and preventing image dragging. This transparency makes it easier for merchants to assess whether it meets their specific needs. However, the low number of reviews for both apps means merchants should thoroughly test either app during a trial period to ensure it aligns with their store setup and user experience expectations.

Our Verdict
For merchants looking for robust content protection that goes beyond simply disabling right-click functionality, Anti Theft Pro appears to be the better choice, offering a broader suite of features to safeguard digital assets. Its detailed feature list and emphasis on customizable protection are appealing to those serious about intellectual property protection.
However, if a merchant only needs basic right-click prevention without the additional features, and given the very small review counts, Ongoing Disable Right Click might be a simpler solution, *assuming* its implementation is straightforward and doesn't introduce any unexpected issues. Due to the limited information, both apps should be carefully tested before committing to a paid plan, paying particular attention to site speed and user experience.
