Our Verdict
If a merchant needs a robust bundling engine and wants to offer complex bundle configurations to their customers, Amplify | Bundles & Upsell is the better choice. Its strength lies in its bundle builder and volume discount capabilities. However, for merchants primarily concerned with improving the cart experience, driving urgency, and offering cart-based incentives like free gifts and reward bars, Opus Cart Upsell Cart Drawer is the more suitable option. Opus also offers abandoned cart analytics, providing insights into customer behavior. While Amplify offers live chat support which may be beneficial to some users, a 5/5 rating can often signal very satisfied users. Amplify's slightly lower rating and higher review count may suggest it's used by a wider range of stores, some of whom may need more direct support.
