AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer vs Nex Advanced Cash on Deliveryfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer and Nex Advanced Cash on Delivery both operate within the Shopify Checkout category, but cater to vastly different needs. AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer, boasting a perfect 5-star rating with a significant 489 reviews, likely focuses on enhancing the user experience within the checkout process itself, specifically through an improved cart interaction using a slide-out drawer. This suggests its strength lies in optimizing conversion rates by making the cart more accessible and user-friendly. Nex Advanced Cash on Delivery, with a near-perfect 4.9-star rating based on 139 reviews, is geared toward merchants who utilize or wish to utilize Cash on Delivery as a payment option. This indicates a focus on expanding payment options and potentially reaching customers who prefer or require this method. While both apps touch the checkout flow, their core functionalities are distinct, with one aiming at user experience and cart interaction, and the other at facilitating a specific payment method. The choice between them hinges entirely on the merchant's priorities: improving cart usability or enabling Cash on Delivery. The significant difference in the number of reviews suggests a larger and potentially more diverse user base for AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer, implying wider applicability or a longer presence in the market, though this is not explicitly stated in the data.

Our Verdict
The ideal choice depends heavily on the merchant's primary goal. If the primary objective is to enhance the user experience of the cart and potentially increase conversion rates by streamlining the checkout process, AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer is the better choice. Its higher rating and larger number of reviews suggest a positive impact on a wider user base.
However, if the merchant needs to offer or better manage Cash on Delivery payments, Nex Advanced Cash on Delivery is the clear winner. It directly addresses this specific need and enables merchants to cater to customers who prefer this payment method. While its rating is slightly lower and its review count smaller, it is specifically designed for a function that AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer does not address at all.
