Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on optimizing the customer journey and increasing conversions within their existing Shopify store, AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer appears to be the stronger choice, given its higher rating and larger number of reviews. It likely provides a seamless integration and enhanced cart experience that directly impacts sales from existing traffic.
However, if the primary goal is to extend sales channels beyond the Shopify store to websites, blogs, or social media platforms, the Buy Button channel is the more suitable solution. While its rating is lower, it offers the unique capability to embed buy buttons and create direct checkout links, allowing merchants to tap into new customer segments and drive sales from content marketing and social media efforts. It's ideal for merchants actively promoting products externally.
