Our Verdict
For larger Shopify stores or those already familiar with product review apps and potentially seeking more advanced features, Air Product Reviews App & UGC might be the better choice, given its higher number of reviews indicating a larger user base. However, for newer Shopify stores or those prioritizing ease of use and automated review collection with built-in incentives, ReviewsYard — Product Reviews appears to be a stronger fit. Its focus on automation and in-email forms can streamline the review generation process, especially valuable for smaller teams or merchants new to managing product reviews. The perfect rating is a plus, but the small number of reviews should be considered.
