Common Questions
Which app is better for a brand new Shopify store?
It depends entirely on the intended business model. If the store will focus on dropshipping, AI Dropship is more suitable. If the store will focus on wholesale, Clay is more appropriate.
Does AI Dropship handle pricing customization?
The description doesn't explicitly mention pricing customization. Its focus is on providing products with potentially higher profit margins. Pricing customization would be a separate function if present.
Can Clay find me dropshipping suppliers?
No, Clay is solely focused on managing B2B wholesale pricing. It does not assist in product sourcing or dropshipping supplier discovery.
Which app is easier to set up?
Based on their descriptions, AI Dropship might be easier to initially set up due to its focus on automation. Clay may require more configuration to define specific pricing rules.
If I sell both retail and wholesale, can I use both apps?
Potentially, yes. You could use AI Dropship for sourcing some retail products and Clay for managing your wholesale pricing structure. However, you would need to evaluate if the cost of two apps is justified.
