Afterbuy Connector vs Dscopify Dropshipfor Shopify (2026)
Afterbuy Connector and Dscopify Dropship are both Shopify apps in the 'Inventory - Other' category, but they serve distinctly different purposes and target different merchant types. Afterbuy Connector focuses on integrating a Shopify store with the Afterbuy ERP system for multichannel selling on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Otto, and Kaufland. Its core strength lies in synchronizing product data, order information, and order status between Shopify and Afterbuy, facilitating centralized management of sales across multiple channels. The app is tailored for merchants already using Afterbuy for their inventory and order management. In contrast, Dscopify Dropship is designed for brand owners and suppliers who are dropshipping their products with trading partners and online retailers. Its strengths include automating dropshipping processes, centralizing catalog and product information, and integrating with partner systems via API and EDI. Dscopify Dropship emphasizes operational efficiency and streamlining communication with dropshipping partners. The focus of Dscopify Dropship lies on eliminating manual processes and optimizing the workflow for dropshipping businesses rather than integrating with a specific ERP system for multichannel selling.

Our Verdict
For merchants already committed to the Afterbuy ERP system and seeking seamless integration between Shopify and their existing multichannel sales setup, Afterbuy Connector is the more suitable choice, provided they are willing to overlook the low rating and limited reviews and conduct thorough testing. However, merchants who are brand owners or suppliers focusing on dropshipping and require comprehensive tools for automating processes, managing product information, and integrating with their partners will find Dscopify Dropship to be the superior solution. The higher rating and larger number of reviews suggest a more reliable and user-friendly experience for dropshipping businesses.
