Affitch ‑ アフィリエイト vs Simple Affiliatefor Shopify (2026)
Affitch ‑ アフィリエイト and Simple Affiliate are both Shopify apps designed to help merchants implement and manage their own affiliate programs. Affitch ‑ アフィリエイト is positioned as a solution tailored specifically for Japanese stores, emphasizing ease of use, Japanese language support, and compliance with local regulations like the invoice system. Its strength lies in its focus on simplifying the process of creating a self-managed affiliate system without relying on traditional ASPs. It targets Japanese merchants seeking to leverage influencers and boost sales through affiliate marketing within the specific context of the Japanese market. Simple Affiliate, on the other hand, is marketed as an automated platform for managing influencer and referral marketing programs. It highlights features for building customer loyalty, reducing complexity, and offering flexible commission payouts. The key difference between the two apps lies in their target audience and feature set. Affitch ‑ アフィリエイト is narrowly focused on Japanese stores and offers localized features and support, while Simple Affiliate offers a broader set of features applicable to a wider range of merchants globally. Simple Affiliate also offers more advanced features such as automated tax handling and consolidated 1099 forms, which are not explicitly mentioned for Affitch ‑ アフィリエイト. The choice between the two will largely depend on the merchant's location and specific needs, with Affitch ‑ アフィリエイト being the clear choice for Japanese stores and Simple Affiliate being more suitable for international merchants or those requiring advanced tax management features.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants operating in Japan and prioritizing localized features and Japanese language support, Affitch ‑ アフィリエイト is the recommended choice. Its focus on bypassing traditional ASPs and simplifying the affiliate setup process for Japanese stores makes it a strong contender in that specific market. However, for international merchants or those requiring more advanced features like automated tax handling, flexible commission structures, and a broader range of integration options, Simple Affiliate is likely the better option.
Simple Affiliate's higher rating and larger number of reviews suggest a more established and potentially more robust platform, although the small sample size for Affitch ‑ アフィリエイト should also be considered. If tax automation and flexibility in commission structures are key priorities, Simple Affiliate is the clear winner. If a simple, Japanese-focused solution is paramount, Affitch ‑ アフィリエイト should be favored.
