Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with enhancing the customer post-purchase experience, reducing support requests, and increasing average order value through self-service order editing and upsells, AE: Order Editing & Upsell is the clear choice. Its integration with Shopify Flow further strengthens its appeal for merchants seeking automation.
However, if a merchant's primary focus is streamlining shipping operations with Australia Post MyPost Business, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the superior option. Its emphasis on speed, ease of use, and Australia Post integration makes it indispensable for businesses looking to optimize their shipping workflow and potentially reduce shipping costs through efficient label generation. Consider that if you don't ship via Australia Post, EZLabel offers zero value.
