Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing customer experience and aiming to reduce order cancellations while boosting revenue through post-purchase upsells, AE: Order Editing & Upsell is the clear choice. Its established positive reputation and features like self-service editing and address validation make it a robust option. Conversely, Deshi Fulfillment is better suited for merchants struggling with internal order management and needing a solution to automate tag updates throughout the fulfillment process. However, given its lack of reviews and a zero rating, merchants should approach this app with caution and thoroughly test its functionality to ensure it meets their specific needs. Unless operational efficiency is a severe bottleneck, AE: Order Editing & Upsell presents less risk and potentially higher reward due to its established track record and focus on revenue generation.
