Our Verdict
AE: Order Editing & Upsell is the clear choice for merchants prioritizing customer self-service, order retention, and increased AOV. Its high rating and established user base suggest a well-received and reliable solution for empowering customers post-purchase. APEX Fulfilment, with its lack of ratings and reviews, represents a higher risk. It *could* be useful for merchants who have very specific internal fulfillment tracking needs and are prepared to be early adopters. However, given the current data, AE provides a more compelling and proven solution for a broader range of merchants. Merchants with a focus on internal efficiency who can't find alternatives might test APEX Fulfilment.
