Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a seemingly comprehensive solution to GDPR compliance, ADYKO: GDPR Cookies Consent aims to offer a complete package with analytics and consent management. However, its lack of reviews is a significant risk. Scala GDPR EU Cookie Banner is better suited for merchants who prioritize a quick and simple implementation of a cookie consent banner and are comfortable handling the technical aspects of cookie blocking themselves. Given the 5-star rating and the presence of reviews, Scala offers a more reliable, if less complete, starting point. For novice merchants or those seeking a more comprehensive solution, researching validated alternatives with positive reviews would be recommended before choosing either app.
