Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Both apps claim to be easy to use and require no coding. Adoric emphasizes the ready-to-use templates and automation, while Hextom highlights the 1-click enablement. It likely depends on the merchant's specific needs and comfort level with designing popups versus configuring timer settings.
Can both apps be used simultaneously?

Which app is more suitable for mobile devices?
Both apps are likely designed to be responsive and work well on mobile devices. However, merchants should test their implementation on mobile to ensure optimal viewing and functionality. The size and placement of popups and timers should be adjusted to avoid usability issues on smaller screens.
Which app offers better targeting options?
Both apps offer targeting options. Adoric mentions 'smart filters and detail targetings', while Hextom specifies targeting by location, customer, page, product, and device. Hextom appears to offer more granular targeting options based on specific customer attributes and page context.
Which app provides better value for Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM)?
Both apps can be valuable during BFCM. Adoric specifically mentions boosting BFCM sales with its features. Hextom supports scheduling, enabling merchants to plan sales events in advance, which is crucial for BFCM preparations. The better choice depends on whether the merchant wants to focus on general engagement and email collection (Adoric) or create a sense of urgency around BFCM deals (Hextom).
