Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with optimizing their internal search function and increasing conversions through improved product discovery, AddSearch Search & Discovery is the superior choice. Its personalized search, auto synonyms, and direct 'Add to Cart' functionality offer a more targeted approach to enhancing the shopping experience. The self-learning algorithms offer significant power.
However, if a merchant's priority is to enhance customer engagement through improved communication channels and ease of contact, Floatify: Social & CTA Buttons is the better option. Its array of floating buttons for call, chat, social media, and more offer immediate ways for customers to connect with the store and share its products. This is a less technical app, but one that can improve brand feel.
