Common Questions
Can Addify help me comply with GDPR?
Addify's country restriction features can assist in complying with regional regulations by hiding products that don't meet local standards. However, it's not a comprehensive GDPR solution and you should consult with legal counsel for full compliance.
Does GoodAPI provide reports on my sustainability impact?
The app description focuses on marketing the impact and embedding it in the customer experience. It doesn't explicitly state the provision of detailed sustainability reports, but the emphasis on 'verified impact' implies some level of tracking and reporting. Contact GoodAPI directly for clarity.
Which app is easier to set up?
GoodAPI likely offers a simpler initial setup as it involves connecting to donation platforms and embedding marketing badges. Addify, on the other hand, requires configuring country-based rules, which could be more time-consuming depending on the complexity of the product catalog and international sales strategy.
Can I use both Addify and GoodAPI on my store?
Yes, Addify and GoodAPI address different needs, so they can be used in conjunction. Addify manages product availability by country, while GoodAPI enhances the brand's sustainability image. They don't overlap in core functionality.
Which app is better for improving conversion rates?
GoodAPI aims to improve conversion rates by attracting and retaining eco-conscious customers. Addify might indirectly improve conversion by preventing orders that cannot be fulfilled, leading to a better customer experience. Ultimately, the impact on conversion depends on the target audience and the effectiveness of the sustainability marketing or the avoidance of frustrated customers.
