Our Verdict
The choice between these two apps is straightforward and depends entirely on the business model. If a merchant sells physical products and wants to enhance the post-purchase customer experience by adding communication features and customization to order pages, Account Blocks, Ui Extensions is the right choice. If, however, the merchant's primary focus is selling digital products like software, ebooks, or license keys, then BIG Digital Downloads Products is the clearly superior option. While Account Blocks enables certain customizations to enhance the purchasing journey, BIG Digital Downloads provides the infrastructure necessary to actually *sell* digital content.
