AC ‑ Questions & Answers vs ThanhBT: File Uploadfor Shopify (2026)
AC ‑ Questions & Answers (Askify) and ThanhBT: File Upload are both Shopify apps focused on improving customer interaction through forms, but they address vastly different needs. Askify positions itself as a comprehensive Q&A solution for product pages, aiming to build trust and reduce purchase hesitancy by allowing customers to ask questions and receive answers from the store owner, staff, or previous customers. It boasts AI-generated answers, multiple language support, and customizable styles. ThanhBT: File Upload, on the other hand, is a utility app that simply adds file upload functionality to various forms across the store, enabling customers to submit files with contact forms, registration forms, or product inquiries. The key difference lies in their core functionality and target audience. Askify directly addresses customer concerns about products, proactively reducing cart abandonment by providing immediate answers. ThanhBT: File Upload offers a more basic, though valuable, functionality of file submission, but it doesn't focus on resolving specific product-related anxieties. Their differing features mean they also suit different business needs. While both apps have perfect 5/5 ratings, Askify has considerably more reviews (24) than ThanhBT: File Upload (1), suggesting wider adoption or perhaps longer time in the app store.
