506 GetSale Bulk Discounts App vs Duos B2B Managementfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, 506 GetSale Bulk Discounts App and Duos B2B Management cater to distinct needs within the Shopify ecosystem, despite both residing in the 'Pricing' category. 506 GetSale is positioned as a tool for merchants focused on driving sales and conversions through strategic discounting for general e-commerce. It excels in offering features like bulk price editing, scheduled discounts with automatic price reversion, and a countdown timer to incentivize purchases. Its core strength lies in its simplicity and direct impact on boosting revenue through promotional pricing strategies. Duos B2B Management, on the other hand, is tailored for businesses engaged in B2B transactions or those looking to expand into the B2B market. It provides tools for B2B company registration, bulk ordering via CSV upload and SKU entry, and buyer member management, leveraging Shopify Plus' B2B primitives. It focuses on streamlining B2B operations, facilitating quote requests, and providing custom pricing structures for different business clients. The key difference is that Duos provides a professional self-service experience for B2B clients with manager-approved workflows. Given the stark contrast in their target audiences, the choice between the two depends entirely on the merchant's business model. If the primary focus is on direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales and the goal is to drive sales through promotional discounts, 506 GetSale is the more suitable choice. However, if the business operates primarily in the B2B space or aims to expand into it, Duos B2B Management offers the specialized tools and functionalities needed to manage B2B operations effectively.

Our Verdict
For a standard DTC Shopify store seeking to boost sales through promotional discounts, 506 GetSale Bulk Discounts App is the clear winner. Its features are designed to create urgency and drive conversions through timed discounts and bulk price editing. The positive reviews and high rating also suggest a reliable and user-friendly experience.
However, if a business is primarily B2B or looking to expand into B2B, Duos B2B Management is essential. It provides the necessary tools for managing B2B clients, handling bulk orders efficiently, and streamlining the quotation process. While it currently lacks reviews, its feature set directly addresses the unique needs of B2B commerce, making it indispensable for that specific market segment.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use for a beginner?
506 GetSale is likely easier for beginners due to its focus on straightforward discount application. Duos B2B Management requires understanding of B2B workflows and Shopify Plus B2B primitives.
Can both apps be used simultaneously?
Potentially, but it's generally not recommended. Their functions overlap in some areas, and managing discounts from two sources could lead to conflicts. Using one for general sales and the other exclusively for B2B customers might be a viable strategy.
Does 506 GetSale offer B2B discount features?
While 506 GetSale allows for bulk discounts, it lacks the B2B-specific features of Duos, such as company registration, role-based permissions, and quote management.
Is Shopify Plus required for both apps?
Duos B2B Management is fully integrated with Shopify Plus' B2B companies and leverages Customer Accounts. While 506 GetSale will work with non-Plus stores, Duos B2B Management likely provides little to no value on a non-Plus plan.
Which app provides more detailed customer segmentation?
Duos B2B Management provides more detailed customer segmentation, specifically designed for B2B. It allows for assigning roles, setting permissions, and managing members within B2B companies.
