Our Verdict
17TRACK Order Tracking is the superior choice for merchants who prioritize comprehensive order tracking, automated customer communication, dropshipping support, and simplified return management. Its strength is in handling the complexities of post-purchase tracking and communication for the merchant, especially valuable for high-volume stores and dropshippers who need streamlined processes and to prevent WISMO.
Shipping Protection - Navidium is best suited for merchants seeking direct control over shipping protection revenue and the claims process. If a merchant has low shipping damage/loss rates and the bandwidth to manage claims internally, Navidium presents an opportunity to add revenue to their bottom line by retaining collected protection fees. However, be prepared to actively administer the claims process.
