Given its current lack of reviews and ratings, users may be hesitant to rely on it for mission-critical return management. Common pain points include the need for more robust feature sets, perceived risk associated with an unproven app, or the desire for integrations with established shipping carriers and accounting systems. Many merchants also need more than basic email notifications and require advanced automation and analytics to optimize their return processes.
