Free checklist & auditGet the free BFCM checklist & auditAstra Bulk Product/Price Edit is a well-regarded app, but in the fast-paced world of e-commerce, merchants often seek alternatives to ensure they have the best tools for their specific needs in 2026. Some might find Astra's pricing not aligned with their budget, especially as they scale. Others may need features not explicitly highlighted, such as more advanced reporting or specific integrations. The desire for simpler interfaces or a broader range of discount options could also lead merchants to explore other options. Furthermore, as businesses grow, their requirements evolve. A smaller store might have been satisfied with Astra's basic functionality, but larger enterprises may need more granular control, advanced scheduling capabilities, or features focusing on customer engagement and loyalty programs. Ultimately, the best app depends on the individual needs and priorities of each Shopify merchant, necessitating a look at alternatives to Astra.
Bulk edit & CSV import products. Schedule changes. Revert anytime. Work smarter, not harder!
Staff management for Point of Sale retailers. Time tracking, scheduling, commissions, payroll & more
Easyteam is focused on staff management for brick-and-mortar stores, and does not offer direct functionality for replacing Astra. Its time tracking, sales performance measuring and payroll features do not lend themselves to bulk product and price editing.
This is not a good alternative.
Metafields are the key to a unique storefront. Our app is the key to metafields. It's that simple.
While it doesn't directly edit prices, Metafields Guru allows for managing and displaying product information and specifications, enabling richer product descriptions and potentially influencing purchase decisions. Being able to bulk-edit and import/export metafields could be useful for stores using them to manage product variants or promotions.
Best for merchants using metafields extensively to manage product data and customize storefront displays.
Auto-sync PayPal tracking info & Stripe tracking info to get funds faster & build trust with PayPal.
Synctrack focuses on streamlining order fulfillment and payment processing by syncing tracking information to PayPal and Stripe. While it doesn't offer bulk product editing, efficient operations can reduce disputes, freeing up time for product catalog management and pricing strategies. The free store reviews with PayPal standards could indirectly lead to better inventory management practices.
Best for stores prioritizing efficient order fulfillment and dispute resolution to indirectly support product management efforts.
Post-purchase, pre-purchase, NPS, on-site, email and sms surveys. Tap insights with AI analytics.
Zigpoll gathers customer feedback through surveys, which can inform pricing decisions and product updates. Understanding customer perception of pricing and product features can guide strategic bulk edits, making it a complementary tool. The insights gleaned may suggest products in need of promotion or those priced too high.
Best for merchants looking to gather direct customer feedback to inform pricing and product strategies.
Advanced reports, using real-time data that you can report, customize, automate, export, and share.
Similar to Mipler, Report Toaster provides advanced reporting capabilities with real-time data. Its 130+ report templates and custom report creation enable merchants to analyze sales, inventory, and other data to inform pricing strategies. Features like calculated fields and multi-store reporting give it added power.
Best for merchants who require robust reporting and analytics to gain deeper insights into their business performance across multiple stores.
Easily build custom reports and dashboards with metrics to visualize any data from your store.
While Mipler doesn't directly edit product prices or inventory, it allows you to create custom reports and dashboards using data points like metafields and tags, giving you insights into how pricing changes impact sales and inventory. The AI assistant can help create custom reports, which might indirectly inform bulk editing strategies. Its reporting capabilities are stronger than what's described in Astra.
Best for merchants who need advanced reporting and analytics capabilities to inform pricing and product strategies.
Add multi-channel tracking: Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Pixel, Snapchat Pixel & Twitter
While not directly related to product or price editing, improved tracking and conversion data can inform product strategies and identify high-performing products to prioritize. Enhanced tracking via Facebook and TikTok pixels can highlight which products are driving sales and which might require price adjustments or promotional efforts.
Best for merchants prioritizing data-driven marketing and leveraging pixel data to optimize product offerings and pricing.
Bulk price editor to set product discounts based on percentage price & bulk sales discount manager
Similar to Rockit, 506 GetSale focuses on bulk discount creation and scheduling. It allows for percentage or fixed discounts and automated price reversions. The exclusion options (collections) and automatic tagging capabilities offer more targeted control over sales than may be available from Astra.
Best for stores needing granular control over discount application and automated sale management.

Flash sale & discounts manager: schedule sales, auto price change, show sale price & build urgency.
Rockit Discounts & Sales App directly addresses bulk pricing changes and discount management. Its features like bulk price editing, scheduled discounts, and sales badges directly replace Astra's similar functionalities, focusing on promotional pricing and sales events. The urgency-driving features (countdown timers, badges) are a strong addition.
Best for merchants heavily reliant on sales and discounts to drive revenue and needing advanced scheduling options.
Only Astra Bulk Product/Price Edit is described to have AI rewrite capabilities. This feature is not listed among the alternatives.
Rockit Discounts & Sales App and 506 GetSale Bulk Discounts App both highlight scheduling discounts and sales as a key feature, indicating they are strong contenders for flash sale scheduling.
Metafields Guru is listed as having the ability to export/import using CSV files, and it can be assumed that Mipler and Report Toaster also have that ability as part of reporting functions. This is not called out in the other tools.
Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync is designed specifically to sync tracking information with PayPal, which helps get funds faster and reduces disputes.
Easyteam for Point of Sale is the only app on this list that addresses staff management for brick and mortar stores. It is not a replacement for Astra.
